Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
Returned products must be unused (e.g., yarn must be in original skein).
Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for custom orders, or items on sale.
I ship within three business days, using the US Postal Service for both domestic and international sales. If you want insurance, or priority shipping, or something else, leave me a message in your order comments and I’ll be in touch shortly.
I don’t use your personal information for anything other than shipping you orders or contacting you about those orders. I will never sell your data, because that’s a crappy thing to do to people.

All items are created and stored in a smoke-free home, but I do have cats, in case you’re allergic.
Also, remember that everything here is handmade (unless labeled otherwise) and is therefore a little different than machine-produced products. I’m pretty good at knitting and spinning, but I’m definitely not a robot. (Unless I *am* a robot, and have been programmed to think I’m human. Hmmm.)
